If you are trying to submit a rebate for the 2023 hunting season, please send us an email at NewYork@HuntersForEagleConservation.org.
In the email, please include 3 attachments: 1) A copy of your 2023 DMP, 2) A photo of the box of ammo you purchased, and 3) A photo of the receipt.

Be prepared to submit the following information to claim your rebate of up to $60 of the cost of one box of qualifying factory loaded ammunition or bullets for reloading (tax and shipping not included).

1. Your contact information, including mailing address and email address.
2. Name of the store where your box of non-lead ammunition was purchased.
3. Upload a copy (image or PDF) of your receipt for qualifying non-lead ammunition.
4. Upload a photo of the ammunition box showing product name and caliber (often on the side of the box).
5. Upload a copy (image or PDF) of your hunting license.

   (Your photos may turn out best if you do not use the flash on your camera.)

By submitting your rebate request you agree to be contacted for a follow-up survey.

Your rebate will be mailed to you in the form of a pre-paid Visa® card.

If you prefer to mail your rebate request via the U.S. Post Office, a mail-in form will be made available soon.

Limit one rebate per individual. Rebate form must be submitted or postmarked by 1/8/2025.
