Anyone with a New York deer license who intends to hunt deer with a firearm in New York is eligible. However, licensed youth hunters under age 18 must have an adult submit the rebate request using that adult’s contact information and a copy of the youth's valid hunting license. We will not require youth to fill out a post-hunt survey; rather we will ask an adult to fill out a survey on the youth’s behalf. Offer is limited to one rebate per licensed hunter per year.
